This action packed tour allows us to sample a wide range of habitats in northern Victoria. We will bird in the Box-Ironbark country, the mallee country near Bendigo and the northern plains bioregion with its native grasslands, granite outcrops and Cypress pine woodlands.

We will visit many areas too far from Melbourne for a one day tour, plus take a spotlighting adventure on the native grasslands. This tour has many rare, threatened and localised species possible in an expansive and unpopulated landscape. High quality birding at any time of year.

$2,250-00 single person price  $1,500-00 per person when split two ways ($1,430 pp double/twin share) $1,200-00 per person when split three or more ways Prices includes one night’s accommodation and meals starting lunch day one to lunch day two plus drinks (non alcoholic) and snacks.

Please Note: This tour includes a spotlighting session in the northern plains grasslands. If seeing a Plains-wanderer is of high interest, accessing private land may be the best option depending on the season and carries an extra $250 cost which goes straight to grassland conservation.
